I suggest you contact the SailingNewsTV, who posted that video on YouTube. Their channel is http://www.youtube.com/user/SailingNewsTV . Once you are there, search for Send Message link or just leave a comment for them. They seem to be the owner of the video as all of their videos are on similar themes.
