Liquid Mountaineering is a new sport which is attempting to achieve what man has tried to do for centuries: walk on water. Or to be more precise: running on water. We are developing the sport from scratch. By accident we found out that with the right water repellent equipment you can run across bodies of water, just like a stone skimming the surface.

Domestic Transformer
In Hong Kong, because of the space, apartments are small and expensive. Gary Chang, an architect, decided to design a 344 sq. ft. apartment to be able to change into 24 different designs, all by just sliding panels and walls. He calls this the "Domestic Transformer"...

Phobias Workshop
Probably the most hilarious sketch I've seen since Monty Python ;-) Five patients come to a phobias workshop with phobias that include a fear of the word "Aagh!", a fear of apologies, a fear of repetition, and awkward silences...
Performed by the original lineup of Lee Mack, Jim Tavare, Tim Vine, Karen Taylor and Ronni Ancona, it was aired at The Sketch Show in UK in 2001.

Blue Buckets Society
Awesome flesh-mob in Moscow to protest against the use of emergency lights on the cars of government officials, who simply use them to drive in the opposite lane during traffic congestions...

A quoi ça sert l’amour?
A quoi ça sert l’amour? is a charming animation by French production house Cube about the trials and tribulations of love set to the tune of a wonderful duet between Edith Piaf and Theo Sarapo.
Louis Clichy is a former student of Gobelins, where he graduated with the short movie Juranessic in 2002.
Shared as usual, by the connoisseur of cartoons of mine ;)

Polar Bear
Was always wondering what Mumiy Troll wanted to say when they created a Facebook page Can the band inside the pickle get more fans than the pickle? I guess I do know now :)
The song is awesome and the video surely comes close to Prodigy's 'Smack my bitch up' in terms of "naughtiness" -=8-)
P.S. Ah, yes, I guess I should have warned you at the very beginning: Kids , you may lose it! ;-)

Get Out
This French cartoon may seem to be frightening at first, but hang in there for the surprise ending you would have never imagined yourself ;-)
The film has been nominated and won multiple prestigious awards, so be sure to check its website. Definitely check The Making Of there ;-)
I bet Hamed is kin on short films as this must have been at least the third one I stole from him.
